Perhaps Wiki is so effective partly because it's only a sketch of the
"real" Wiki. Keeping track of one's own wanderings and reading-routes
is completely up to you (yes, and others), at the moment. Someone is
going to implement cute www.Google.com 
-style weighting and
tracking sometime ..
